While Microsoft hasn’t officially announced Forza Horizon 4 yet, it’s pretty obvious the game will turn up at some point this year. After all, the adrenaline-pumping franchise has remained on an annual schedule since 2011, switching between the mainline and Horizon instalments each year.

It’s now looking even more likely the sequel will happen too, with the Brazilian ratings board (via GamingBolt) having posted a listing for Forza Horizon 4 on Xbox One and PC for 2018. Sadly, there’s nothing to indicate exactly when the racer will turn up, but from past experiences we imagine it’ll arrive in the back half of the year.

The most recent entry, Forza Horizon 3, launched back in 2016 and remains one of the most popular titles to grace Microsoft’s beastly telly box. The game features a lush open-world heavily based on Australia, and boasted over 350 vehicles at launch, a record for the series at the time.

Obviously with no official word from Microsoft we advise you to take all this with a pinch of salt until we hear otherwise.Â
