Things are about to get chilly down under, with Forza Horizon 3’s first DLC expansion set to switch the sun for the snow.

In an update posted on Xbox Wire today, Microsoft teased the first details and released the first image of the upcoming expansion, revealing: “Winter is coming and that means some less than ideal road conditions. Here is a peek at what you will be facing in the first Forza Horizon 3 expansion later this year.”

Two expansions for the racer are planned with the second expected to arrive next year.

Alongside the tease, Microsoft also celebrated the game’s success, revealing that it is “the year’s best-selling, highest-rated racing game”. Tom called it “beautiful” and “immensely entertaining” in his review, praising it for building on developer Playground’s “tremendous formula”. And I’d agree – I reckon it’s one of the best racers of 2016.

Forza Horizon 3 is available now on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.
