Hmm.

UPDATE – 12/9: Well, it’s gone 1am and the demo still isn’t available to download. We’ve checked in with Microsoft to find out what’s going on with it, and to see if it’s still due to roll out today.

ORIGINAL REPORT: Xbox One users will be able to download a demo of this month’s big racer Forza Horizon 3 next week, it’s been revealed.

A playable demo of the game is due to roll out at 1am on Monday, September 12, the Xbox Store says, although it weighs in at a hefty 18.34GB. Details on what the demo includes have yet to be confirmed, although certain players should be able to get behind the wheel of the Halo Warthog.

Keys dispatched to Halo players yesterday let them download the Warthog ahead of Forza Horizon 3’s release, with the download stating that it’s compatible with next week’s demo.

Forza Horizon 3 launches on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC on September 27. We don’t yet know whether the demo will also be available on PC.
