Fortnite update 7.10 will kick start a brand new limited time mode event called 14 Days of Fortnite, a seasonal effort that launches tomorrow and will rotate modes on a frequent basis.

Epic Games confirmed that large team modes will be changed up every two days, while small versions will rotate every 24 hours. The new update applies a bunch of changes for the battle royale title too, including tweaking the Heavy Assault Rifle so that it's slightly less effective when not aiming down the sights.

Balloons are now much easier to control, while ground vehicles on icy surfaces will now find themselves sliding all over the place as you'd expect.

Fortnite update 7.10 also introduces various bug fixes, such as ironing out some issues with ziplines and fixing a problem where Mounted Turrets would be teleported under the map. Regressions related to the Auto Pick Up Weapons option have also been eliminated.
