Epic Games has confirmed details on Fortnite update 6.10, and as expected, the Quadcrasher has now made its way to the battle royale version of the popular last-man-standing shooter.

In addition to the new two-seater vehicle, the update also throws in a new in-game Events system, where you'll find scheduled tournaments sessions to sign up for. Cross-play is mandatory here, and you'll be able to acquire points by scoring a high place or raking in multiple eliminations in a match.

Save the World players aren't being left out though, as you'll be able to get to grips with the new Gravedigger and Rat King weapons. You can also test drive new content 'and experimental ideas' by taking part in the Beta Storm.

One of the other major additions is the fact PlayStation 4 Pro will now display in 1440p if you're connected to a 4K TV. Previously, the game would only render at 1080p, so it's a nice step up.

Fortnite update 6.10 also introduces a number of other improvements and bug fixes, so be sure to have a gander at the patch notes here.
