Fortnite is now pulling in a whopping 8.3 million concurrent players, Epic Games Korea CEO Sung Chul Park has revealed to Inven.

It's not exactly a shocker, as Fortnite is pretty much the biggest thing on the planet right now. Still, an impressive figure all the same. Sadly, there's no much else to go on; Epic didn't say when it hit this peak or how long it lasted, but said figure is accurate despite the dodgy Google translation.

Fortnite Battle Royale is free-to-play, although there is a paid-for version in the shape of Save the World. Epic launched a new update for the game earlier this week, adding a new assault rifle into the mix.
