Pleasingly, the Android version of Fortnite will include Cross Play and Progression with the PlayStation 4, PC, Switch, Xbox One, and iOS versions of the shooter.

You'll need to download the game from Fortnite.com, as it won't be available from the Google Play Store.

While we're on the subject, the latest Fortnite update is out in the wild and includes a Double Barrel Shotgun and new limited-time mode.
