Sony has bolstered its PS4 day one game line-up with updated versions of Flower, flOw, Escape Plan and Sound Shapes.

Acclaimed PS3 curiosity Flower will be released for PS Vita and PS4 on November 29, with the next-gen edition sporting 1080p 60 frames per second visuals.

Also confirmed are PS3/PS Vita Musical platformer Sound Shapes for PS4, odd evolutionary eat em up flOw for PS4 and Vita, and PS Vita launch title Escape Plan coming to PS4. Escape Plan has been has been reworked for the DualShock 4.

All games are Cross-Buy, meaning you only need to buy one version to get it on all available systems. Furthermore, if you’ve previously bought a game on PSN, you’ll get the PS4 or PS Vita version at no additional charge.

You could argue that pumping out 1080p versions of some of these older PlayStation platform titles is a cheap way to cash-in at the console’s launch, but Sony should be commended for offering the games for free to those who have already bought a existing version on PSN.
