Speaking on The Emmy’s red carpet, Comedy duo Bret McKenzie and Jermaine Clement – better known as Flight of the Conchords – revealed three of their songs will be available from the Rock Band music store.

“There’s going to be three songs on Rock Band,” said McKenzie. “I’m serious.”

“That’s serious,” added Clement.

Asked what songs will be available, Clement said “don’t know.” McKenzie didn’t seem too clued-up either, echoing Clement’s reply.

While it’s not clear if the pair were being serious or simply joking around, they are signed to the Sub Pop record label, which earlier this year said it plans to convert its entire catalogue for release on Rock Band.
