Microsoft were more than happy to announce that Halo 2 has sold 5 million copies and counting since last months launch.
From the release on November 9th, Xbox Live players have racked up over 28 million hours of play with over 900,000 unique online users recorded on the blockbuster FPS. Another Halo-related statistic comes in the form of Xbox console sales rising by 50% in the last week – and though not written, it’s pretty obvious the Chief et al had something to do with it.
