Bigben Interactive has revealed the first gameplay footage of WRC 5, the next game in the rally racing franchise heading to PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita and PC this autumn.

The footage can be seen at around 90 seconds in to a new dev diary released today, and again towards the end of the video. The publisher warns that the footage is taken from the alpha version of the game and therefore subject to change. But nevertheless, if you want an idea of how it may look, check it out in the video above.

As well as making its debut on current-gen consoles, there’s also a change in developer for this year’s game, with French studio Kylotonn Games heading up development. Kylotonn has previously developed Motorcycle Club, Speedball 2 Tournament and 2011 action-adventure The Cursed Crusade.

WRC’s previous developer Milestone, meanwhile, is developing Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo, another rally title heading to PS4, Xbox One and PC this autumn.
