Forza Motorsport 2 players should speed over to Xbox LIVE Marketplace where they’ll find the first of many planned content updates for the critically acclaimed racer. The Nissan car pack features three premiere Nissan models and is completely free to download.
In celebration of this release, Xbox and Nissan are to host several activities focussed around the new additions to the car roster. The first is a Nissan Sentra SE-R tournament on Xbox LIVE. The 32 bracket 256 player tournament will kick off on August 18 and run for seven weeks, with the final taking place on October 6 at the LA Auto Show. The Nissan focused events don’t stop here though. Nissan and Xbox will also be hosting an in-game customisation content. Players will be tasked in creating stunning paint jobs on their Nissan Sentra SE-Rs. Full details will once again be posted on xboxlivetournament.com starting August 10.
Also released today is the famed Peugeot 908 race car which finished second at the recent 24 Hours of Le Mans. The 908 is also the first paintable race car to be included in the game.
