Armored Core: Last Raven is the final game in the Armored Core series that will appear on the PlayStation 2, and takes place six months after events of Armored Core: Nexus. Two powerful groups, the Alliance and the Vertex, are fighting for world domination, but victory lies in the hands of the Raven pilots. As a Raven, an elite mech warrior, you must decide with which faction your allegiance lies, or go it alone and face the wrath of all Ravens.
Last Raven allows for almost unlimited customisation of the player’s Core Units, with a variety of options, parts and weapons. For the first time in the series mechs will continue in battle if they lose an arm, leg or even their head. The game is scheduled for a spring 2006 release across North America, but we can expect it to arrive in Europe at some point later in the year.
