Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 HD will launch on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One on April 16, Square Enix has announced. In addition, Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is due out slightly later on April 30.

Square Enix's acclaimed JRPG originally launched on PlayStation 2 back in 2001, and is for many the best Final Fantasy game. It received a direct sequel two years later, and both games were remastered for PS3 and PS Vita in 2014, and a year later for the PS4.

Final Fantasy XII on the other hand first hit the PS2 in 2006, and was updated for Japan in the shape of the International Zodiac Job System version the following year. It was also given a fresh lick of paint for the PS4 in July 2017.

Don't forget that Final Fantasy VII is also on its way to Nintendo and Microsoft's consoles this year.
