A major update for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is rolling out today, Square Enix has announced.
Through the Maelstrom, also known as Patch 2.2, introduces a brand new storyline and a range of new content for high-level players, including a high difficulty Second Binding Coil of Bahamut raid.
Additional dungeons are also featured, including the Lost City of Adapor and new Hard Mode dungeons Halatali and Brayflox’s Longstop.
The update is available to download for free today on PC and PlayStation 3, and is expected to be available at the game’s PS4 launch on April 14.
