Square Enix has announced the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster Limited Edition, a limited-run version of the upcoming PS2 remake featuring a range of exclusive physical and digital bonuses.

The limited edition, which is available exclusively for the PlayStation 3 version of the game, includes an exclusive art book, plus commentary from the original FFX/X-2 development teams and a “special message” from producer Yoshinori Kitase.

A price for the limited edition has yet to be announced.

Alongside the announcement of the LE, Square Enix also released a new video highlighting the differences between the original PS2 version and the HD remake, showcasing the enhanced resolution offered by the PS3 game. You can take a look at it below.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is due to release on PS3 and PS Vita later this year.
