Final Fantasy VII looks set to arrive on Nintendo Switch in the not-too-distant future, according to a new ad for the hybrid console.
The brief video features a chap pulling out his Switch during a flight and booting up Final Fantasy VII, where he's seen battling against the Guard Scorpion. He then gets home and fires up Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with his daughter. The ad's description says the former is 'coming soon.' Great!
Final Fantasy VII was confirmed for Switch back in September last year, when Square Enix announced plans to bring a number of titles in the series to Ninty's latest platform.
If for some reason you haven't played Final Fantasy VII yet, then this is probably a good time to do it. I mean, yeah, you could wait for the remake, but given how long that's taking, you could probably play every Final Fantasy game to date and still have time to kill.
