New chart, same old story. FIFA Street remains top of the UK all formats full price sales chart, despite a strong new entry from Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition, which debuted at No.2. World Snooker Championship 2005 had a much pleasing debut at No.8, while a lot of you have obviously gambled on Predator: Concrete Jungle, giving it a fairly respectable new entry at No.11.

It is worth noting that Resident Evil 4 on the GameCube has now totally dropped out of the top 40. The GameCube’s biggest seller of last week, Mario Party 6, has unfortunately failed to make the top 40 at all. The Nintendo DS is performing slightly better, with a number of games still in the top 40. Mario 64 DS remains the console’s leading title, making No.15 in this week’s chart.

Next week should see a high entry for Jade Empire, the Microsoft published and Bioware developed RPG for the Xbox. Lego Star Wars should also enter near the top of the chart, with its release on Xbox, PlayStation 2, PC and GBA giving it a good chance of competing with the big boys.
