Ubisoft’s open-world liberate-’em-up Far Cry 5 sold almost five million copies during its launch week, according to data obtained by The Jefferies Group.

To put it into perspective, the report states the 2014’s Far Cry 4 managed to flog around eight million copies during its first 12 months on sale, so that’s a mighty impressive achievement.

It was previously confirmed that Far Cry 5 had become the fastest-selling entry in the franchise to date, although Ubisoft didn’t divulge any actual sales figures for the critically acclaimed sequel. Still, after the comparatively luke warm reception to Far Cry Primal in 2016, it’s safe to say that the game has restored consumer faith in the franchise.

Far Cry 5 was released on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on March 27, and Colm was so impressed with the game that he took it upon himself to dress up like Joseph Seed and break into a sing-song.Â
