Fallout: New Vegas is nearly eight-years-old, but that hasn't stopped folk from still tucking into the post-apocalyptic adventurer thanks to a steady deluge of mods since its launch on PlayStation 3, PC, and Xbox 360 in 2010.

In addition to the forthcoming New California mod, Obsidian Entertainment's RPG is getting a new offering in the shape of Fallout: Atlanta.

Developed by lolpop109, Atlanta pretty much does what it says on the tin; you'll be able to explore the now-ruined Hollywood of the South, taking in all-new quests, vendors, dialogue, and the usual bits and bobs you'd expect.

In addition, its creator is looking to implement a Super Duper theme park, The World of Nuka Cola, and a new casino among other highlights.

'Welcome to Atlanta The trading hub of the south and one of the 'must visit cities' in post-apocalyptic america 2280… There's plenty to see and there plenty to do in one of America's most culturally rich cities,' reads the blurb.

Fallout: Atlanta has actually been in the works since 2016, and has popped up again following a brief hiatus. The mod is currently in Alpha Update version 0.25, so it's still early days and doesn't have a release date at the time of writing.
