Fallout 4 console commands – codes entered via a hidden menu – are not supported by Bethesda and could in fact break your game save, the publisher has warned.
“Use of the console is not supported or recommended on PC,” wrote Bethesda VP of marketing Pete Hines.
Hines notes that using console commands “can very easily mess up save games”.
As for the cheat commands coming to PS4 and Xbox One, Hines said “that kind of thing isn’t permitted on consoles anyway”.
