Quantic Dream’s PS2 thriller Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy is coming to PS4 next month, the developer has announced.

While the studio initially stated that the re-release will be a “1080p remaster”, it later clarified that the game is actually part of the PS2 Classics range, suggesting it’ll receive the same treatment as previous PS2 games launching on the service.

It won’t be the remastered version released on PC and iOS last year either, Quantic Dream adds.

Fahrenheit released on PS2, Xbox and PC back in 2005, and is perhaps best known for its opening diner sequence. The game puts players in control of multiple characters investigating supernatural forces possessing people to kill.

The PS4 version releases worldwide on PlayStation Store on July 18 for $14.99.
