Original Story: Xbox Game Pass, Xbox’s new digital subscription service for Xbox One, looks set to launch on June 1. That’s next week! A trailer went up on Facebook with a video, where Danny McBride shouts at you for a bit.Â
It looks like the trailer may have gone up early, as there’s been no official announcement yet, but the eagle eyes of NeoGaf spotted it.
Xbox Game Pass is a subscription service costing £7.99 a month, or $9.99 if you’re in the USA, to get digital download access to over 100 games (including Xbox 360 titles). New games will cycle in every month, but once a game cycles out you won’t be able to play it. You can buy them at a discount if you decide you like them.
Games that are being used in the Game Pass promo material include LEGO Batman, Halo 5: Guardians, Mad Max, Terraria, Fable III, Payday 2 and NBA 2K16.Â
