Microsoft has announced that new copies of Lionhead’s imminent Fable III will include a one-time-use Xbox LIVE redemtpion card that will grant access to exclusive DLC.

Fable III will be released in the UK on October 29. We’re busy working though the game to bring you a review early next week.
A bunch of items, spells and a new dog skin isn’t exactly equivalent to EA’s Online Pass system, but given the choice of a new version with the DLC or a pre-owned copy for £5 less, gamers might be more willing to stump up the extra cash.
