F1 2011 will be released for Nintendo 3DS on November 25, Codemasters has announced. This will mark the first time a Formula One game will be playable in full 3D.

Sumo Digital has handled development and the game features all the official teams, drivers and circuits – including the new 2011 Formula 1 Airtel Grand Prix of India – from the 2011 FIA Formula One World Championship.

In addition to the full season and time trial modes, a challenge mode has been designed for portable racing, with players taking on a range of objectives, including checkpoint, gate and overtaking challenges.

Multiplayer support is available for up to four players in Grand Prix, while two players can complete in a co-op career.
