After a long career as executive producer on the EverQuest franchise, Dave Georgeson is stepping down.

Georgeson worked on EverQuest, EverQuest II, and the upcoming EverQuest Next, but is now handing over his role to SOE’s latest recruit Holly Longdale.

According to her introductory letter to the community on the official site, Longdale previously worked as a designer on EverQuest.

Longdale has been working with the EverQuest II team since December 2011.

Alongside the change to staff, EverQuest is set to adopt a free-to-play model this March.
