Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions lands on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC next week, and if you pre-order, you’ll receive one of two exclusive levels.
Pre-order it on Xbox One or pick it up on Xbox 360 before December 2 and you’ll be given access to ‘Blood Count’, a level built around a unique Torus shaped grid. Alternatively, pre-order on PS4 or PS3 and you’ll get hold of the ‘Secret Eye’ level featuring a unique triangle-shaped grid with an evolving cubed wall.
PC pre-order customers will receive both.
In addition, the PlayStation and Xbox versions will also include a platform-specific level on top, with Xbox users getting the ‘Titan Box’ level featuring a cube-shaped grid and Xbox green background, and PlayStation users getting ‘Symbolic’, a level that sees enemies spawn in clusters shaped like the PlayStation controller buttons.
PSN pre-orders are currently only available in the Americas, however, and Activision has not yet made it clear whether European customers will also receive the bonus PS4/PS3 pre-order level.
Geometry Wars 3 launches on Steam on November 25 and Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4 on November 26. Expect the game to cost between £11.99 and £13.99.
