European players can now transfer their characters to a different realm, but the privilege will cost £14.99 per transfer. Characters can be transferred to the following realms: Altar of Storms, Argent Dawn, Arthas, Dalaran, Demon Soul, Illidan, Magtheridon, Stormrage, Spirestone, Turalyon, Warsong and Zul’jin.
In order to qualify for a transfer characters must be of level 10 or higher, you can only move a character once every six months, and there’s also a limit on the amount of gold that can be transferred with a character: 300 for levels 10-30, 1000 for levels 31-50, and 5000 for levels 51 and above.
Other restrictions include only transferring to a realm of the same type, but PvP to PvE is allowed, only not in reverse. Two characters from opposing factions in the same realm is also a no-no.
