Bulletstorm and Gears of War: Judgment developer People Can Fly has been purchased by Epic Games.
The Polish developer lost three key staff members this morning. Epic president Mike Capps stated “Adrian Chmielarz, Andrzej Poznanski and Michal Kosieradzki have parted ways with People Can Fly and Epic Games in order to pursue other opportunities”.
Regarding Epic’s acquisition of the company, Epic vice-president Mark Rein told Polygon “We doubled down on People Can Fly,”.
Rein also confirmed “it was something we always wanted to do”.
