Elite Dangerous expansion ‘Horizons’ will launch for Xbox One on June 3, available as an expansion for £19.99 or complete with the original game for £39.99, Frontier has announced.

Launch content includes:

  • Planetary Landings will allow you to touch down on planet surfaces, explore beautiful and vast landscapes in your surface recon vehicle and assault enemy fortifications.
  • Engineers, which introduces loot and crafting mechanics to create new modules for your ship and weapons.

All future Horizons content will be added to the Xbox One title as part of the initial price, including multi-crew gameplay, avatar creation, ship-launched fighters and more.

PC gamers will receive the Engineers update on May 26.
