EA will reveal a “major” new title due for release this autumn during its E3 press conference, the publisher has revealed.
The game will run on Frostbite 3, although EA remains coy on whether it’ll be a new Battlefield shooter or something else. Whatever it is, EA says it’s “very, very excited” about it.
It was rumoured earlier this year that EA was preparing to release a new Battlefield title this autumn, with Dead Space developer Visceral Games reported to be working on a police-themed spin-off in conjunction with Ghost Games UK.
EA’s E3 press conference takes place at 8pm BST on June 9.
