EA has announced that EA Access, its subscription service that allows customers access to a range of EA games and discounts, will be available on the PlayStation 4 from July 24.

The service coming to Sony's machine had originally been announced as coming to PlayStation 4 with a vague 'July' back in May, but the exact date for the service has now been confirmed by the publisher alongisde a countdown clock on the official website.

On launch, EA Access will feature games like Battlefield V, FIFA 19, A Way Out and The Sims 4 to name just four, and similar to the already existing Xbox and PC iterations, will include a 10% on digital purchases of EA content as well as ten hours of early access to future EA games as and when they're released.

An EA Access subscription will set you back around £20 a year or £4 a month.
