Koei has today announced that Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 will be released for Xbox 360 and PS3 across Europe on March 27, 2009.
Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 from Koei’s Omega Force studio combines the power of the Mobile Suit, the legacy of the Gundam universe and the tactical action gameplay of the Dynasty Warriors series, thrusting players into battles against legions of enemy Mobile Suits on distant planets and in the far reaches of outer space.
For the first time players will be able to engage in melee battles against colossal enemies such as the Psycho Gundam, which can quickly reconfigure its body into a titanic mobile fortress.
The game will offer new stories featuring mecha from the latest Gundam anime, plus mecha from Char’s Counter Attack and more. Players will also be able to customise their Mobile Suit using mecha parts collected throughout the course of the game.
In addition to the game’s single-player missions, players will be able to take part in online versus battles.
Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 is scheduled for release across Europe on March 27, 2009.
