Drakengard sequel in development

Square Enix has announced that a sequel to their part hack and slash, part dragon flying action adventure game, Drakengard, is in development by Cavia. The game is set to be released in Japan in the spring of 2005.

There is no news on a European release date, but the fact that the firs game hit budget bins soon after its release could affect Square’s decision. You can check out what we thought of the first game here, and we will keep you updated with any news on the sequel.
