Bandai Namco Games has announced that it’s rolled out an Xbox One-exclusive Dragon Ball FighterZ open beta ahead of the game’s launch this Friday. The multiplayer teaser has already gone live in the UK and will run until 5.00am GMT on January 25.

The new beta is essentially the publisher extending an olive branch to fans after the previous effort failed to offer online matches for Xbox One owners. Fortunately, these issues have now been ironed out, which means you can get a taste of the anime-flavoured scrapper before release day.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is due for release on PS4, PC, and Xbox One on January 26 in the US and UK, with a Japanese launch arriving on February 1.
