Following the close of Double Fine’s hugely successful Kickstarter drive, the studio’s new adventure game is about to go dark.
From this point on, Double Fine’s updates will be restricted to users who backed the project. Tim Schafer has asked his supporters not to publicly share info, and in the future we’ll be keeping to that pledge.
For the time being, however, we can probably get away with saying that the studio is about to set up its private forums, and will be contacting backers who are entitled to physical rewards like the posters and T-shirts. If you’re one of the 87,142 people who supported the project, stay tuned for details.
In other Kickstarter news, Brian Fargo’s Wasteland 2 drive has hit its $900,000 target after 48 hours.
