Double Fine’s Happy Action Theatre, the next release from Tim Schafer’s studio, will be released on Xbox LIVE Arcade on February 1, 2012.
Schafer himself announced the launch on his Twitter feed: “Better achieve your life’s goals asap, because come 2/1 your priorities will change.”
Like Double Fine’s last project, Sesame Street Once Upon A Monster, the new game is a Kinect-based mini game compilation, aimed at a young audience.
It looks rather fun, though I’m sure most of us are keen for Double Fine to make something a bit more substantial.
A price for the game has yet to be revealed.
