DOOM is getting a Photo Mode later this month as part of its next title update, Bethesda has announced.
The update will also include additional Snapmap features, such as new skybox windows, the publisher says, along with a “Classic DOOM weapon placement/view model option”, and a fix to prevent players from accidentally triggering the game’s Dev Mode.
Meanwhile, a new server-side update rolling out today tweaks some of the game’s multiplayer weapons, including balance changes to the Chaingun, Rocket Launcher and Combat Shotgun, and, Bethesda claims, reduces the wait time between matches to 60 seconds. Clan Arena and Freeze Tag games will now also require the winning team to complete 5 rounds to count as a win.
“We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback,” Bethesda wrote on its website. “We hope you’re enjoying your time in-game and we can’t wait to share more with you soon.”
