Digimon Survive is heading to the US and UK next year, publisher Bandai Namco Games has announced.

The game will launch to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the anime TV show, and features Uichi Ukumo's character designs and a soundtrack composed by the highly acclaimed Tomoki Miyoshi.

Digimon Survive sees Takuma Momozuka leading an all-new group of teenagers, who end up getting lost while on a camping trip and transported to a mysterious world brimming with strange beasties and other dangers.

Players will apparently have to think about their decisions in the game, as it'll affect how the ending plays out as well as the evolution of your allies' monsters. Battles meanwhile will adopt a classic 2D SRPG style. Lovely.

Digimon Survive will launch on PlayStation 4, PC, Switch, and Xbox One. Check out the latest trailer below to see how it's shaping up.
