Diddy Kong, close friend of Donkey Kong, has been confirmed as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS.
The brawler makes up for his diminutive size with a strong distance game thanks to his peanut popgun and banana skins. Diddy can also go airborne using rocket barrels.
Diddy joins Donkey Kong in the character roster.
Super Smash Bros. is set to launch later this year, but you can get your Diddy Kong fix in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze which hit stores today.
