Richard A. Knaak, author of Diablo: The Sin War, Book One: Birthright, a new book based in the Diablo universe, has been speaking in a Q&A session with some Diablo fan sites. The Q&A was mainly about his new book, but he dropped hints about a third game in the series.
When asked if he has any info on Diablo 3, Knaak responded, “What happens in the Sin War is significant, as I mentioned, toward the future.” When pushed for more info he added, “I am not writing for a dead world…but a world with dead. nuff said.
There’s been nothing official coming from Vivendi Games or Blizzard, but the info from Knaak will certainly please fans of the Diablo series. You can check out the full interview over on Blizzplanet.com.
