An Xbox One version of Diablo 3 has not been ruled out by Blizzard after the game was listed on a number of retailer websites.
The game had been listed on Best Buy Canada and was later spotted by Eurogamer on Argos.
Interestingly Blizzard didn’t rule out the Xbox One release in a statement given to Eurogamer.
“One of our goals is to bring Diablo 3 to as many players as possible, but we don’t have any other platform announcements to share at this time,” said the publisher.
Remember that Diablo 3 was originally announced for PS3 and PS4, then somewhat out of the blue the Xbox 360 edition joined the line-up. It would not be a huge surprise to see an Xbox One version arrive alongside the PS4 version, whenever that happens to be.
