Capcom has announced that Devil May Cry 4, the latest in the multi-million selling action series, will be released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in February. Look out for news on the PC version at a later date.
In Devil May Cry 4 players will take control of Nero who is able to unleash powerful and stylish attacks and non-stop combos using the Devil Bringer arm and Exceed system, both new gameplay mechanics for the series. Series mainstay Dante will also return as a playable character.
After a fight breaks out between Nero and Dante, Nero is suddenly stopped in his tracks as mysterious portals begin appearing throughout Fortuna, each releasing demons into the world. Why this is happening is unknown, but Nero must use the Devil Bringer to fend off the demon onslaught.
