Eidos Montreal has revealed that its in development and highly anticipated third title in the Deus Ex series has been retitled to Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

According to Art director Jonathan Jacques-Belletete, speaking at GDC, the game will feature a very unique look much in the same way you can easily identify BioShock or Team Fortress 2. He pointed out that games such as Gears of War, Killzone 2 and Turok “could all be the same game”.

He also revealed that while characters will have a realistic appearance, they will be portrayed in a slightly stylised fashion in order to remove the negative impact of the uncanny valley, something he felt hurt Heavy Rain.

The game’s still without a confirmed release date, but will appear on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. More info is promised at E3 later this year. For now we recommend checking out this brand-new trailer.
