Sony has announced that Detroit: Become Human has passed two million sales worldwide.

The Quantic Dream-developed android-'em-up launched exclusively for PlayStation 4 back in May, and now stands as the company's fastest-selling game of all time. Colm wasn't all that impressed with it, mind, so get his thoughts on the title here.

Detroit: Become Human takes place in the near future, at a time when androids are being employed by humans to carry out menial tasks. The game's roots can be traced back to the Kara tech demo from 2012, with the titular android one of three playable protagonists featured in Detroit.

Quantic Dream announced back in August that the game had sold 1.5 million copies worldwide, so it's been a steady performer by the look of things.
