Destiny’s much anticipated second DLC, House of Wolves, goes live at 10am Pacific time today. That’s 6pm in the UK.
Once House of Wolves launches, the changes introduced in patch 1.2.0.1 will come into effect. Bungie community manager DeeJ has provided details on the Destiny blog about how this will affect the weekly reset.
“For those eight hours [between the weekly reset and House of Wolves going live], your main view of the Director will exclude some featured activities. That includes Nightfall Strike, Weekly Heroic Strike, Daily Heroic Story, and featured Crucible playlist. The rest of the game will be playable, of course.
“Consider it planned maintenance – or the calm before the storm! Those missing activities will be back when House of Wolves is live.”
Guardians have just a few hours to wait until they can begin exploring the Reef and start climbing towards the new level cap. Are you ready for House of Wolves?
