Another Friday means another visit from Xur in Destiny 2 and as ever we’ve got your intel on where the mysterious vendor is hanging out this week. Once again, he’s on Nessus hanging out in the tree by the Watcher’s Grave spawn point. Just open the map to follow the waypoint if you’re having trouble.
As for his wares, this week sees the Prospector grenade launcher as the showcase weapon, which has the Excavator ability allowing you to detonate multiple grenades at once when you let go of the trigger. Perks include Volatile Launch meaning it’s got a huge blast radius, Augmented Drum and a Full Auto Trigger system. It’ll set you back 29 of your Legendary Shards.
It’s a distinctly helmet-flavoured week in terms of Armour, with Xur offering the Foetracer helmet for Hunters that has the Relentless Tracker ability, marking targeted enemies and allowing you to deal more damage to those enemies if they’re on low health. Titans get the An Insurmountable Skullfort helmet with Tranfusion Matrix ability, which triggers health regeneration and restore melee energy upon Arc kills.
Finally the Warlocks get the Eye of Another World complete with the Cerebral Uplink perk which highlights priority targets and improves the regeneration speed of your Grenade, Melee and Rift abilities. These three helmets will cost you 23 Legendary Shards each.
As ever, all four items have a maximum Power Level of 270 or will scale to your current level if you’ve not reached the cap, and Xur will remain in his spot until the weekly reset. Happy shopping!
