Bungie’s Destiny 2 retains first place for its third week atop the UK charts, and its strong sales performance has helped Activision take the number one position in the charts for the 11th time in 2017. This feat has been achieved with just three games: Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Crash Bandicoot, and Destiny 2. That’s not too shabby at all.

There are a couple of new entries this week, and Bandai Namco’s Project Cars 2 speeds straight into number 2, which is impressive, but it doesn’t quite match the original game’s debut, which went to number one in 2015. Nintendo’s Pokémon arena brawler, Pokkén Tournament DX, is swinging for the fences, and has entered the charts at a very respectable number five. 2K Sports/Take 2’s NBA 2K18 drops one place to third in the chart, followed by Pro Evolution Soccer 2018, which also falls one place to fourth. Lego Worlds has reentered the top ten, sneaking in at number ten.

There are no other new entries in the chart this week. Capcom’s Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite came so close to entering the top ten, but faltered at the final hurdle ending up at no.12.

The full top ten this week looks like this:

  1. Destiny 2
  2. Project Cars 2
  3. NBA 2K18
  4. Pro Evolution Soccer 2018
  5. Pokkén Tournament DX
  6. Grand Theft Auto V
  7. Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy
  8. Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
  9. Forza Horizon 3
  10. Lego Worlds
