Tequila Works’ survival horror game, Deadlight: Director’s Cut, is currently going for the very agreeable price of free on GOG.com. It’s not going to be free forever though, it’s counting down from 48-hours and at the time of writing was at 46-hours remaining. So I’d get a shift on if I were you.

Deadlight is set in an apocalyptic world where everything has gone to s**t. A viral outbreak has killed off most of society and the dead are reanimated and referred to as the ‘shadow’. Player’s will take on the role of Randall Harper as he tries to survive while crossing the American west coast in search of his family. Nice and bleak, eh? We thought the game was alright, but not compelling enough. Saying that, if it’s going for free who’s going to argue?

You can pick up Deadlight: Director’s Cut on PC over at GOG.com.

Deadlight: Director’s Cut is out now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
