EA’s Dead Space: Extraction has failed to make the UK video game chart Top 40 in its first week on release, according to ChartTrack.

Looking at the Wii-only chart the game could only manage 16th place, once again fuelling discussion that adult-oriented mature games simply don’t sell on Nintendo’s console.

Dead Space: Extraction is an on-rails prequel to Visceral Games’ impressive new horror IP Dead Space, released in October 2008 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
